We desired a townhouse in a very specific area of Palos Verdes, and the inventory was very low. Carolyn worked very hard in contacting potential sellers, and came up with a couple of potentials. However, when the right house just came in the market, Carolyn contacted us immediately. She gave us her opinions, and gave us info about the house, and we made the deal right away (on agents’ opening day). She was very responsive throughout the process, and used electronic signature to facilitate the process, as that was more convenient for us. Aside from having a great personality, easy to get along with, empathetic, patient, Carolyn is very knowledgeable in her field, and worked very nicely with us in responding to questions, or finding necessary answers, such as HOA issues and questions. We definitely would ask Carolyn to represent us for another real estate transaction as a buyer or seller agent.
